In the Spring of 1993 a friend of the family Laura Mouton, head of the Scott Youth Group, asked me to Disc Jockey a youth dance for her.

With a great love for music, I gladly accepted and showed up with a few music tapes and a set up of small sound equipment. From that day on I was hooked on music and the journey to open my disc jockey and chocolate fountain business.

One night while sleeping I had a dream that I was dipping my finger in a huge fountain of chocolate. After seeing a fountain at a wedding I was disc jockeying, I woke up the next day and told myself to stop thinking about Willy Wonka. I thought about it for a few days then decided to make a commitment to the Acadiana area and started what is now known as "The Chocolate Fountain". One of the first chocolate fountain businesses in Louisiana.

I now love doing the fountains for my clients and watching the expressions of their guests. I believe this is the ultimate chocolate experience. I also believe in total customer service. When you book us for your function, the fountain will make your event the talk of the town.
