In the Spring of 1993 a friend of the family, Laura Mouton, she was head of the Scott Youth Group. She asked me to Disc Jockey a youth dance for her.
With a great love for music, I gladly accepted and showed up with a few music tapes and a set up of small sound equipment. From that day on I was hooked and my disc jockey business had begun and of course the journey to open the chocolate fountain business and meet my beautiful wife, Natalie.
In the summer of 1998 we began dating and decided somewhere along the way to continue the journey for the rest of our lives. We were married in Cozumel Mexico in February of 2005.
One night while sleeping I had a dream, I was dipping my finger in a huge fountain of chocolate, after seeing a fountain at a wedding I was disc jockeying. I woke up the next day and told Natalie about the dream and I was going to look into investing in a fountain. Natalie told me I was crazy and to quit thinking about Willy Wonka at night. We talked about it for a few days then decided to make a commitment to the Acadiana area and started what is now known as "The Chocolate Fountain".
We now love doing the fountains for our clients and watching the expressions of their guests. Natalie and I believe this is the ultimate chocolate experience. When you book us for your function we also believe in customer service. We will make your event the talk of the town.
